Vantage Core is a local-first system. Your video files and processing data remain on your own infrastructure. We collect minimal information necessary to provide the service:

• Account information: Email address and encrypted password when you create an account
• Usage telemetry: Anonymous pipeline performance metrics (opt-in only)
• System health: Node status and resource utilization for the dashboard

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected information solely to operate and improve the Vantage Core service. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

All video processing occurs locally on your infrastructure. Authentication data is stored securely with industry-standard encryption. API communications are encrypted via TLS 1.3.

4. Third-Party Services

When cloud AI inference is enabled, portions of text data (not video files) may be sent to third-party AI services for analysis. These services have their own privacy policies. Video files never leave your local network.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Since video processing is local, you retain full control over your media files.
