You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, the content you process through the system, and ensuring you have the rights to process any media files submitted to the pipeline.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content processed through Vantage Core. The system's AI-generated metadata, transcriptions, and analyses are provided as tools and do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vantage Core is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, processing errors, or service interruptions. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your media files.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
